Product offloading at the delivery address is the responsibility of the customer.

1. Delivery Services
1.1. The showroom offers delivery services within the UAE for an additional fee.
1.2. The customer is responsible for providing the necessary labour to unload and receive the products upon delivery to the site.
2. Liability and Compensation
2.1. Cilia Building Materials is not responsible for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of its products.
3. Material Errors and Reporting Procedures
3.1. In case of any issue with the materials (such as damage or mismatch), the customer must immediately contact Cilia Building Materials’ customer service team to report the issue and provide evidence (photos or videos).
3.2. It is strictly prohibited to bring purchased materials to the showroom, as it is located in a mall and does not have a storage facility.
3.3. An inspection of the damaged materials will be arranged at the customer’s site, or replacement/return will be facilitated through delivery services as appropriate.
3.4. The customer is responsible for maintaining the materials in their original condition until the inspection or replacement process is completed.
4. General Product Conditions
4.1. Products may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website or in catalogs, as these images are for illustrative purposes only.
4.2. If measurements are provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for their accuracy, and the order will be processed accordingly.
5. Delivery
5.1. An estimated delivery date will be provided after full payment is received.
5.2. If the customer is unavailable at the address during the delivery attempt, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
6. Returns After Delivery
6.1. Returns are accepted only after written approval from Cilia Building Materials and must be in their original, saleable condition.
6.2. The customer must notify the customer service team in writing of any product issues within 15 days of the delivery date.
7. Reservation and Payment
7.1. The quotation is valid for 30 days only.
7.2. This document is not an invoice and does not serve as proof of payment.
7.3. A 50% down payment is required to reserve the materials.
7.4. The maximum reservation period for materials is 30 days only.

8. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2. The courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
9.1. The customer’s engagement with Cilia Building Materials constitutes acceptance of these terms and condition.
الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بسليا لمواد البناء
1. خدمات التوصيل
1.1. يوفر المعرض خدمات التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مقابل رسوم إضافية.
1.2. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية توفير العمالة اللازمة لتفريغ واستلام المنتجات فور وصولها إلى الموقع.
2. التعويض والمسؤولية
2.1. سليا لمواد البناء غير مسؤولة عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات.
3. أخطاء المواد وإجراءات الإبلاغ
3.1. في حال وجود أي خطأ في المواد (مثل التلف أو عدم تطابق الطلب)، يجب على العميل التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء لدى سليا لمواد البناء فوراً للإبلاغ عن المشكلة وتقديم الأدلة (صور أو مقاطع فيديو).
3.2. يُمنع منعًا باتًا إحضار المواد المشتراة إلى المعرض، حيث إن موقع المعرض داخل المول ولا يتوفر مخزن لاستلام المواد.
3.3. سيتم ترتيب معاينة المواد المتضررة في موقع العميل أو ترتيب عملية استبدال أو إرجاع عبر خدمات التوصيل، حسب الحالة.
3.4. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الحفاظ على المواد بحالتها الأصلية حتى إجراء المعاينة أو الاستبدال.
4. الشروط العامة للمنتجات
4.1. قد تختلف المنتجات المعروضة عن الصور الموجودة على الموقع الإلكتروني أو في الكتالوجات، حيث إن الصور توضيحية فقط.
4.2. إذا تم تقديم قياسات من قِبل العميل، فإن العميل يتحمل مسؤولية دقتها، وسيتم تنفيذ الطلب بناءً على هذه القياسات.
5. التسليم
5.1. سيتم تزويد العميل بموعد تقديري للتسليم بعد استلام الدفع بالكامل.
5.2. إذا لم يكن العميل متاحًا في العنوان عند محاولة التسليم، لن يتم استرداد رسوم التوصيل.
6. الإرجاع بعد التسليم
6.1. يتم قبول الإرجاع فقط بعد موافقة كتابية من فريق سليا لمواد البناء، ويجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية وقابلة للبيع.
6.2. يجب على العميل إخطار فريق خدمة العملاء بوجود أي مشكلة في المنتجات كتابيًا خلال 15 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.
7. الحجز والدفع
7.1. عرض السعر صالح لمدة 30 يومًا فقط.
7.2. هذه الوثيقة ليست فاتورة ولا تعتبر إثباتًا لأي دفعة.
7.3. للحجز، يجب دفع 50% من القيمة الإجمالية كدفعة مقدمة.
7.4. الحد الأقصى لحجز المواد هو 30 يومًا فقط.
7.5. للاستفسارات أو المزيد من المعلومات، يُرجى التواصل مع فريق سليا لمواد البناء.
8. القوانين والاختصاص القضائي
8.1. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
8.2. تكون محاكم أبوظبي هي صاحبة الاختصاص الحصري في تسوية أي نزاع قد ينشأ.
9. الموافقة على الشروط والأحكام
9.1. يُعتبر تعامل العميل مع سليا لمواد البناء قبولاً وموافقةً على هذه الشروط والأحكا
